How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Remainvaluable Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to do that and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Remainvaluable Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we matched you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. Is there a problem with work in your home? Start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback keeps the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. But be clear on this: Remainvaluable Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@remainvaluable.living. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not fix things, reply and ask us to review it again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For a licensed contractor, check your state's contractor licensing board.
